These transmitters and receivers are designed for long-range wireless remote control applications.
The RCR and KTX Series offer open field range of 350 to 1400 feet depending on receive antenna used. With the included quarter-wave whip antenna, open-field range is typically greater than 350 ft. Even greater open-field range can be achieved using Applied Wireless DP Series dipole antenna (600ft) or DPA series active dipole antenna (1400ft).
The SF Series remotes offer 1+ mile range and can be used as a switch "follower" for automatic operation or used with a SFT Series remote transmitter for manual operation.
All receivers incorporate Applied Wireless' proprietary code-learning decoders, and remote transmitters are pre-addressed at the factory.
